Type of Services

When we feel understood, we create space for curiosity, compassion, and a deeper understanding of ourselves.

Individual Therapy

Every individual’s experiences and reasons for seeking therapy are unique. Life transitions, relationships, stressors, and personal experiences can sometimes create moments where additional support and resources are needed to navigate challenges and move toward meaningful change.

My approach to individual therapy is client-centered and grounded in understanding your unique story, needs, and goals. Together, we will develop a therapeutic relationship that provides a supportive space to explore your experiences, build insight, develop skills, and identify approaches that align with your values and what matters most to you.

Therapy is a process of self-exploration and growth. My role is to support you in developing greater self-understanding, recognizing patterns and strengths, and building resources that allow you to navigate life with greater connection, intention, and confidence.

Couples Therapy

Connection is a meaningful part of our relationships. It allows us to feel understood, supported, and secure while creating the foundation for trust and emotional closeness. At the same time, relationships naturally change as individuals grow, experience transitions, and navigate new seasons of life together.

Couples therapy provides a space to slow down, explore patterns of interaction, and develop a deeper understanding of each person’s experiences, needs, and perspectives. Together, couples can work toward improving communication, strengthening connection, and creating new ways of responding to one another with greater awareness and compassion.

My approach to couples therapy is focused on supporting each individual within the relationship while also exploring the relationship dynamic as a whole. The goal is to create a space where both partners feel heard, respected, and supported as they work toward a more connected and meaningful relationship.

Brief Therapy

At times, longer-term therapy may not align with your current needs, circumstances, or goals. Brief therapy provides an opportunity to focus on specific concerns, current challenges, or areas where you are seeking support and perspective.

Within this focused approach, we will explore your experiences, identify existing strengths and resources, and develop strategies that support you in navigating the concerns you would like to address. Brief therapy offers a structured space for reflection, skill development, and meaningful progress within a shorter timeframe.
